RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of sale. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to follow the below procedure:

Please email the customer service team at: customerservice@lightsoutbrand.com to receive your return label.

Please send your item back within 3 days of receiving the label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Full price items purchased using a discount code of any kind have the option to exchange. If item is returned then discount code is not reusable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
